With a double bank holiday weekend looming, we all decided to take a family trip down to Brighton and catch up with Russell. We took the train down to avoid the traffic which worked really well – we got there with minimal hassle, despite Stan bawling his eyes out for 20 mins on the train. We met up with Rusty at Hove to avoid the masses at Brighton beach, went to visit his new place he’s renovating and then headed down to the beach with a few beers. After basking in the April! sun for a few hours, we walked along the promenade, ate some fish and chips and then once the sun had set, headed back to London.
